"At ReLeaf my mission is simple; to provide therapeutic massage in a comfortable, healing environment where clients feel welcome and taken care of. I strive to help health-minded individuals find the balance between mind, body and spirit with a range of massage modalities that fit their specific needs and wants. Along with helping clients become more aware of the importance of self-care and how the body functions. I have attended the New York Institute of Massage and am professionally licensed in New York State. Additionally I am a certified Reiki-Master - which means I will work with reiki energy to help clear static energy to make way for a free flowing positive energy field. I am a certified Herbalist and I have attended the Heartstone School of Earth Essentials; I have a very strong passion for herbal medicine and the plant world. Health, wellness, yoga, and mediation are a huge part of my life and I'm so honored to be sharing this space with Healing Spirits."

A comprehensive look at your health through the lens of an herbalist. Working with you to address specific health issues or overall wellness goals with the help of plant medicine. Diving into how the body functions and what brings you into wholistic balance. An initial 10 minute phone consult is available to discuss your goals or email me directly to book your appointment. This will be followed by an in depth intake that will be sent to you via email. Recommendations and herbal remedies will be available if needed.
